 3) ALL POLICE DEPARTMENTS DOING ANY KIND OF ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES IN THESE   AREAS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS FAIL RP AND STRICT ACTIONS WILL BE TAKEN.   SOME EXAMPLES ARE: *hijacking or lockpicking police/ems vehicles from safe zones     will be considered as FAILRP.RDM/VDM in these areas will result in an excessive             increase   in ban time.
